PRI Brings on New Estimator, Salesperson

West Babylon, NY – Power Resources International (PRI) is thrilled to announce that Brent Goren has joined the team as an Estimator and Salesperson. Goren has over 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering space as well as 10 years of experience in estimating.

“Brent is a great addition to the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the estimating space,” explained Joseph Morelli, COO, PRI. “As New York and its surrounding states continue to recover from the pandemic, we’re seeing an increase in available contracts as well as an uptick in distribution sales. Brent will play a crucial role in securing many of these opportunities as he works alongside the rest of the estimating and sales staff.”

As an estimator and salesperson, Goren will assist in creating project estimates and design build proposals, pursuing alternate revenue possibilities, maintaining and developing vendor partnerships, and establishing new client relationships.

Prior to PRI, Goren was an estimator at Eagle One Roofing in Astoria, New York as well as Barrett Inc., in Danbury Connecticut, where he created proposals, produced preliminary project assessment workflow processes, and completed bid documents for projects ranging from $100,000 to $20 million.

Goren is a member of the Connecticut Heating & Cooling Contractors Association and earned his EPA Universal Certification in 2003. He has an Associate Degree in HVAC Systems and Refrigeration from San Diego City College in California and has studied mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, and information science and technology at Cornell University, Syracuse University, and Farmingdale College.
