PRI’s Project Management Team has experience managing projects of all sizes and complexities such as SCADA Systems, Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure, Instrumentation & Control, Access & Control, Public Address, Mass Notification Systems, RF Communication Systems, and CCTV Security across numerous metropolitan transportation systems and elsewhere within the tri-state area.

The PM Team works with our contractors and customers to ensure a finished product or system goes above and beyond the project’s original goals and desires. They manage the entire life cycle of projects from contracts and design to integration and final closeout documentation.

PRI’s Project Managers maintain constant communication with our internal team members and our customers, so that everyone is on the same page. When issues or problems arise, we quickly find the best solution. PRI’s experience in the industry helps to address potential issues and mitigate risks to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
